The Photography section of ayneḥ.mirror. offers a dedicated space for images, with an emphasis on contemplative and thoughtful photographic practices. The works featured here include photo essays, moving images, collages, and other experimental interpretations of photography.

The platform also invites archival works that uncover histories, memories, and visual legacies. This section embraces photography as a form of reflection and dialogue, where each image engages with time, memory, and the spaces in between.

The idea for the photography section began with a feeling that’s hard to name. Not quite nostalgia, but a sense of familiarity with something you’ve never seen before. An image appears, and for a moment, it holds you. There’s something in its texture and its light that draws you in. But just as quickly, it escapes. It is still distant even if one returns to it and attempts to understand. Precisely, that unresolved pull is where this section begins.
